The Powered Suit Type C has been with us since the first days of Diaclone Reboot in 2017-18, and the V-Mover 01 dates to 2020. Re-released here with cut-down equipment assortments to befit their usage as cargo aboard both halves of Robot Base G-X, they combine to show off the timelessness of the line's miniature robot engineering.
The ice-blue Robot Base livery is crisp and consistent across molded ABS plastic on both suits and metallic paint apps on V-Mover 01's shoulders and kneecaps. A handgun, two shoulder cannons, and four "Scratcher" arc-welders are included to arm the suits (or anything that can hold 3mm rod accessories) for all manner of combat and maintenance sorties. Two Dia-Naut pilots boast 10-point articulation and feet soled with neodymium magnets in their own impressive 1-inch package.
Both suits feature impressively-ranged hinge and ball joints to compress them into "Integrate Modes" for connecting to larger Diaclone releases - PS Type-C for older robots like Dia-Battles and Battle Buffalo, V-Mover 01 for the TriVERS system and Tactical Movers (a crotchplate must be pulled off from the V-Mover's waist to ensure clearance inside your Versaulter frame of choice). But beyond being a bridge between different weight classes of Diaclone, the simple 3mm ports on the back of each suit allow recombination with basically any toyline out there using 3mm rod display stand connections. Get a male/male peg in there and suddenly your 1:12 figures gain access to a whole arsenal of 3mm tools thanks to the added handholds and foot ports (and even 4mm grip weapons from marquee Diaclone robots with larger ports in V-Mover 01's feet!).
