I think you should read it
I can only echo what other reviewers have already said. This is one of the best books I've read in a long time, certainly this year.
I believe anyone can find something that they can relate to in this book. If someone comes to me about weight loss, dreams, goals, or even just every day issues then I tell them they need to read this book because they will come out with exactly what they need & then some. This book is a tool that will help you change your life for the better.
