Granted, there is quite a bit of content that focuses on the characters and the world of Orsterra respectively. No doubt the artbook is great. While it does feature boss art designs, the book overall has little to no monster/creature sketches and design notes and I find that very disappointing. IMO, minus the bosses, the OCTOPATH book has less monster content in comparison to BRAVELY DEFAULT II Design Works THE ART OF BRAVELY 201X-2021. As a JPRG gamer/fan, I love looking through bestiaries from different games and I would have appreciated the book more if it had more monster art content. I would rate the book at 3.5.
