初期からEDFシリーズやってます
PS2の地球防衛軍2が一番やり込みましたが、たしか4当たりから武器の反動等で酔ってしまうようになり、やったりやらなかったりになりました。
デジボク1ももちろんやり込んでいるんですが、2プレイするまでにかなり時間が空いてしまい、ストーリー等忘れてしまっていましたが、ちゃんと前回のあらすじありました。ありがとうございます
操作感も前回と変わらない気がします。ちゃんと1と2が繋がってます。
新しい要素で操作方法変わるとかよくありますよね？それが無かったのはとても良い

定番かもしれないけど、ガウチョシスター・ペイルウイング・ヨーデルシスターはマジオススメ
クモに囲まれたら秒殺ですが、ペイルウイングのレイピア突撃が最高!!
PSPのウイングダイバー突撃も恋しくなってきたので、また昔のやろうかな

本家のリアル路線、シビアな展開も好きだけど、デジボクはメタネタや本家いじりみたいな通信も多くて楽しんでます。
本家、外伝シリーズの兵科も敵もたくさん出てきてお祭り騒ぎで飽きません。コイツ仲間になってもいいのか！？って奴までいます。また所持している武器の性能もシリーズの常識を無視していてビックリ。
キャラ切り替えによる攻略の幅が広がっていろんなキャラ、武器での攻略を楽しめるし、本家に比べて味方の強化が楽なので、しっかり仕込んだはずなのに高難易度で敵に蹂躙されてモチベ低下、ということが殆んどありませんでした。
本家のようにアーマーをチマチマ手回収して上げる必要もないのも良いです。ボタン固定してキャリアの下や巣穴の上で放置稼ぎするアレも嫌いだったので。
ひょっとすると、本家よりデジボクシリーズのが好きかも…

追記
最近配信されたDLC追加ミッションインフェルノ全面クリアしました。
ストアや公式動画には明記されてなかったんですけど難易度追加や武器の追加もありました。
追加難易度クリア時のアーマー上昇がエグいです。
追加ミッションのストーリーは、ちょっと馬鹿だけど健気な動物ものの話に弱い私にはこみ上げるものがありました。
ロボソラスー！！身勝手な人類を許しておくれ…・゜・(つД｀)・゜・

前作は少し物足りなかったけどミッション数も増えて満足出来た。しかしやはり難易度は低めか…本家やってる人にとっては少し物足りないかも。自分は一度も全滅せずINFまでクリア出来てしまいました。ダロガミサイルのバグ使用(バグと気が付かず)もありましたが…

とはいえシナリオも終始ほぼ明るい前作と比べ、おふざけつつ後半は本家に勝るとも劣らないシリアスで熱い展開にもなってます。

好みはあると思いますが、アクション好きならつまらないって事は無いと思います。

デジボクシリーズ手出してみたらおもろいですね！アイアンなんちゃらは手出して残念としか思えませんでしたが、ネタ、メタ発言好きはアリだと思います！ただ本家が好きなのでアーマー回収が2で増えてたらと思い書いましたがやはり…
それでもやりがいとしては十分だと思います！

現在難易度ハードで全ステージクリア。
前作もプレイ済みというこということもありますが、最初からハードで始めても、一部ステージ苦労したものの、問題無く最後まで進めれるくらいの難易度でした。ゲームの見た目、雰囲気からも本家地球防衛軍よりもポップで低年齢にも向けたような感じで、難易度も抑え目でしょうか。ゲームあまり得意で無い方でも、ノーマルならサクサク進めれそうな感じです。
ストーリーもコメディ要素ありつつの王道展開で、人によっては子供向けと感じて嫌う方もありそうですが、ベタベタな王道展開はやっぱり熱くてたまりません。個人的には本家よりも好きですね。

システム的には前作を踏襲しつつ、新キャラや装備の追加、新しい敵の登場、ストーリーのボリュームアップ、アビリティーを各キャラ通常と移動の2種類に増やし個性を強化、とよりパワーアップした感じです。逆に言えば前作からの目新しさは薄いかもしれません。α、β、γのキャラクター水増しも前作から引き継がれてるのはちょっと残念。

PS４版とswitch版買いました。
前作よりフィールドも広くなってて戦い易くキャラの格差もキャラ毎の特技の追加で調整されてる。
ミッション数も104あり難易度も普通に高くやりごたえ十分です。
EDF大好きな人にはかなりお勧めです。
