私の今年のベストバイです。
清楼銘(しんろうめい/@shin_roumei)さんというVライバーに勧められて購入を決意。
価格が高くて躊躇している方もたくさんいると思いますが、価格以上の価値はあると思います。
立体感がすごい。PCの画面で見ている映像とは全く違う。これはVRゴーグル付けた者のみが得られるエクスペリエンス。
やりたいと思っているのであれば、一日でも早く購入することをお勧めします。
主にゲーム用途で使っていますが、体を動かすものが多く、汗をかく程度にいい運動にもなります。
内臓バッテリーは2時間もつかどうかくらいなので、外付けバッテリーも購入することをお勧めします。（これも清楼銘さんのアドバイスです）
これからVR（メタバース）の時代が来ると思いますので、乗り遅れる前に乗りましょう、このビッグウエーブに。

初代PSVR以来なので、画質の良さや視野角の広さ、WiFiで繋ぐことによる取り回しの良さに驚きました。
これをきっかけにVRChatとかいうのを始めたらBOOTHにお金を注ぎ込む機会が増えてしまいました…！

プライムデーセールで1万円ほどお得に購入できるとのことで迷いましたが購入。
過去のレビューでは初期設定などでつまずいたり、初期不良なども散見して若干心配していましたが、セットアップなど特に大きな問題もなくできました。

VR機器としては初代PSVR（2017頃購入）以来なので、個人的には約7年振りの新機種での体験です。
率直な感想でいえばQuest3の目玉の1つである複合現実（MR）はカラーということもありかなり新鮮で面白い体験でしたね。
MRにおける画質はSD程度なのでまだまだこれからかなという印象ではありますが、この先さらに鮮明で綺麗なMR体験ができるであろう新機種などはでてくるだろうなという可能性は大いに感じます。

まだまだ全然使いこなせていませんが、ひとまずは趣味でもある映画鑑賞をメインに使用しています。
Quest内でPrime Video VRのアプリを落としてみましたが、こちらは残念ながら画質がイマイチ。
アプリの使い勝手や専用のVR空間など悪くないんですけどね、、、
今の所ブラウザ経由でNETFLIX（1080p）で見るのが最適解になっています。（ネフトフリの専用アプリは残念ながらなくなった模様）
Quest3は使用しているのが液晶ディスプレイなので、黒の表現がイマイチというのがやや残念なポイントの1つでしょうか。
とはいえ、気軽に自由で楽な姿勢で劇場スクリーンのような大画面と雰囲気を味わえるのはやはり良いです。

またQuest3の内蔵スピーカーの音も意外に悪くないなという印象でした。
もちろん別途良いヘッドホンやイヤホンをした方が没入感は高まるでしょうが、臨場感で言えば内蔵スピーカーも悪くないと感じます。

装着感はVRゴーグルであればこの位の重さは普通かなという印象。
直立した状態で長時間着用すれば当然疲れますが、寝た状態であればそれほど重さは気になりません。

また私自身メガネをつけていますが、つけた状態からQuestの装着は若干困難なので一度メガネを外してQuest側に設置しその上で自分の顔をフィットさせる、という手順を踏んでいるので結構面倒です。
商品説明の通りメガネをつけたままでも使えるけど、度付きレンズに換装した方が遥かに便利だろうなと強く感じるところです。

バッテリーの持続時間について、スタンドアローンで稼働するのが本機の魅力だと感じているので私個人はこのバッテリーの持ちの悪さはそこまで気になりません。というかVR体験などは連続使用が2時間前後がせいぜいというかちょうど良いかなと思っているので。
気軽に脱着できるというのも良いところなので、休憩しながら充電しまた使用する、みたいなサイクルがちょうど良いのかなと。
そいう意味では充電ドックがあるとかなり便利そうではあります。

今の映画や動画の視聴メインですが、気が向いたら面白そうなVRゲームなどもDLしてみたいとは思っています。
ただPSVRの際にも感じましたがVRゲームはVR酔いをかなり感じたので、ある程度使用を続けないとあれってうまく体（というか脳？）が順応しないんですよね。
酔わなければもっと積極的にゲームもやりたいとは思っていますが。
対策としては毎日少しずつ慣れさせる＆身体も一緒に動かすなどの工夫が必要。（バイオ7をVRでプレイした際には椅子に座り回転などさせながら身体も少し動かしてなんとかプレイできました）

総評として、個人的には6万円ちょいで購入できたので満足しています。

寝ながらゲームを想定していないシステム、重い、楽しそうなゲームが少ない、充電時間が短い、バンドの締め付けで頭が痛くなる、蒸れる、髪がボサボサになる・・・などなど欠点をあげ出したらキリがないです。
ゲーム機としての欠陥が多すぎて抜本的な小型化が進まない限りはVR機はメジャーになり得ないでしょう。メジャーにならないと言うことは面白いゲームソフトが極めて出現しにくいと言う事であり、まだまだ「やりたいゲームがあるからVR機を買う」という状況は来ないように思います。
メタクエスト5あたりでは改善してるといいな、その辺りでまた試し買いすることにします。

アップデートによるハンドトラッキングの精度向上でアップルのVRみたいに手だけで操作できるようになりました。しかし、装着する際頭に当てる相撲取りのまわしみたいなパーツはいけ好かないですね。後、我々平たい顔族向けに作られた設計ではないので、鼻から光が入ってきます。また、ハンドトラッキングで手軽にはなったはいい物の、ネットサーフィンするにしろゲームにするにしろ結局スマホの方が利便性が良いですね…せめて、グーグルプレイのアンドロイドアプリでも出来たら最高なんですが

Battery life is more than enough.
Experiencing VR feels good but gets old really quickly. You can get initial referral for some starting money.
Apps are really really expensive.
It runs android under the hood so installing normal apps is a bliss!
