このテレビは、Sony ブラビア4k50型のなかでは、スタンダードタイプでけっして高機能では、ありませんが値段がかなり安いと思います。画質は綺麗です、音質は、物足りなかったのでDenonのサウンドバー(216)をつけました。ウーハーもつけました、かなり満足できるものになりました。サウンドバーは新品ですがウーハーは中古です。テレビボードの中には、 PanasonicのCDコンポとBlu-rayを入れています。テレビの録画は外付けのHDDを付けています。テレビは、ホームネットワークにつながっていますので2台のBDとSony NASNEとバッファローのNASとつながっていますので動画、写真、音楽と自由に使えます。このテレビは、充分活躍してくれます、購入して良かったです。

10年以上使用したBRAVIAが故障したため、買換え。
画像も音も迫力が向上して満足です。
ただ、AndroidTVの機能を使用する際の応答が鈍く、たまにフリーズしますので、SoCがしょぼいのかもしれません。
現状、音の迫力に満足はしているのですが、サウンドバーを選ぼうと思うと足と足の間が60cmしかないため、選択肢が極端に絞られてしまいます。
サウンドバーを設置しても音響のアップグレードにはならないかもしれませんので、拡張性という点では残念です。

前回はソニーのフラッグシップモデルの4K液晶を使用していたが、
画面に横線が入り、震えるような表示になってしまったため検討。
このモデルは入れ替え時期のためか、かなり安く、
テレビを見る頻度が下がったため、これで良いかなと思って購入。
視聴には特に問題もなく、アマプラなども当たり前のように見れるので便利。

この手のテレビ全般に言えることなのだが、アップデートはバックグラウンドでダウンロード、実行して欲しい。
その間、テレビが見られないことには閉口してしまう。

【デザイン】
二脚の脚幅が狭めなので小さいテレビ台にも乗る。脚幅が狭い細い二脚の脚立ちなので耐震性能は低そう。
【操作性】
Google TV使用を想定したリモコンになり、5年前のテレビに比べ便利になった。
【画質】
画質の良さが一番の満足ポイント。有機ELではなく、価格を重視して倍速液晶でもないノーマル液晶の本商品を購入したが、壊れた我が家の5年前の日本製他社液晶テレビに比べ、明るさもくっきり度も色の鮮やかさも全てにおいて劇的に進化。こんな鮮明な画質の50型液晶テレビが10万円以下で買えるのかと、最近5年の家庭用テレビの進化を実感。X80WKシリーズは50型だけIPSパネルでなくVAパネルだと後から知ったが、よほど角度をつけて横から見続けるような使用状況でない限り、視野角も問題ないかと。VAパネルの方がIPSパネルよりも鮮明なのであればむしろVAパネルを選びたい。ヘビーユーザーではないので［スムースグラデーション］［リアリティークリエーション］［モーションフロー］［シネマドライブ］機能の凄さを実感できるまでには至っておらず。同時に[倍速液晶でない]ことによる機能の不足を実感する機会もなし。ただ［自動コントラスト］だけは「弱」にしても画面の切り替わりで不自然に明暗を補正するようで、ちらちらなエラーに感じるので「切」にして使用せず。
【音質】
凄く良いという評判を聞いていたが、20wだし液晶テレビのスピーカーとしてごく標準的なレベルかと。音質を求めるならサウンドバーを買う必要が有りそう。
【応答性能】
起動時間など特に問題なし。
【機能性】
裏番組2番組同時録画可能なのは同価格帯では比較的優秀かも。
【サイズ】
13畳の居間で使用。我が家だと55型の方がより良いかもしれない。
【総評】
10万円以下で購入できる50型液晶テレビとしてかなり満足。あとは耐久性。少なくとも5年以上大きな不具合なければ満足度100点。
