I ordered this game because I really wanted a fashion game on the Switch and I’ve heard nothing about the new Style Savvy game that Syn Sophia claimed they’d make back in 2017. Anyway, I like it so far. I like the different things you are able to do in the game from ad work to tv appearances. I don’t know very much Japanese but google translate and papago have been very helpful in understanding the dialogue and the specifics of jobs. There are a number of clothing options but I feel like there could be more. I find myself using the same items for a lot of the jobs I take. Another reason for this is that some pieces just don’t quite look right. There are definitely some limitations with certain pieces clipping through each other. Especially handbags. The graphics are not the most sophisticated but they are the best you will get right now from a 3D fashion game on the Switch, limited as they are. The game is still cute and I don’t regret getting it. With such a lack of fashion games I’m glad that this one at least exists and they seem to have put some effort into it. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a cute fashion game and don’t want to fall into the trap of free-to-play mobile fashion games.
