オートチャージできなくなった
オートチャージが変更されたとうメールが届きました、なんの変更もしていませんでした。再度、オートチャージ設定しようとしても、毎月15円を設定しようとしても、そこから先に一切進まなくなっています。都度チャージなら、今すぐ購入というのは出るのですが、オートチャージは、ずっと下までスクロールしてもそれらしきものがありません。何か変更されたのでしょうか？

久々にチャージしようとしたらなんか様子が違うのでレビューを見たらコンビニ払いが出来なくなったと。
他サイトで買い物して個人情報を入力せずに決済したい時、コンビニ払いは現金で払えて記録も残るので重宝していたためショックと思っていたら出来るようになってました。
一時的になのかレビューが低くなっていますが、チャージのコンビニ払いこれからも続けてほしい。

ギフトコード入力画面は要らない
もしくは別選択画面で。
結果として勝手に反映されてた。
最初に使う人はかなりの精神負荷がかかります。
これ、気の利いた人にタッチしないと機会損失大きいですね。

2024/9/27まではコンビニ払いできたのに、以降はコンビニ払いを選べなくなっている。
※選択肢に表示されないため、選びようがない

最近、購入したAmazonデバイスについてネガティブな質問をしたからだろうか…
デバイスのレビューもできなくなっているし。
だとしたらとんでもないことだ。

普段は車移動なので、モバイルSuicaはたまにしか使わず、その残高をamazonギフトカードにチャージしたいが、その手順が大変ややこしい。
以下はPC上での操作解説になる。
まず、レジで支払い方法を「その他の支払いオプション」の「◎コンビニ・ATM・ネットバンキング・電子マネー払い」にして「注文を確定」する。
注文履歴から未払い状態のギフトカードを選び、「電子マネー払い」を選択。
「収納代行業者のページに移動します」とポップアップが出るので「続ける」を選択。
支払い方法の選択画面で「モバイルSuica」を選択。
注意事項が表示される。上限は2万円。
メールの受信制限をしてる場合は「mobilesuica.com」ドメインからの受信を可能にしておくこと。
メールアドレスを入力して「送信」をクリックするが、
説明では「ネット決済受付メール」が届いて、そのメールの中の「支払い手続きはこちら」をクリック。
とあるが、実際は「アプリの起動はこちら」→「⇒モバイルSuicaアプリ起動」のタップとなるので、
メールを開かなくても、アプリを起動すればいいのか、どうかは不明。

アプリ画面では「ネット決済が1件あります」とピンクの帯で出ていて、それをタップしたからか、
しなくても出たのか（処理待ちでグルグル回ってたので）、「このSuicaでネット決済の支払い手続きを実施しますか？」のポップアップが出て、「OK」か「キャンセル」かを選択する。
ネット決済一覧画面で「お支払いする決済情報を選んでください」と出るので、「Amazon.co.jp」を選択する。
もう一度確認で「上記内容で支払い手続きをしますか？」に対して「支払い手続きをする」を選択する。
また「支払い手続きをする」か「キャンセル」のポップアップが出る。
やっと「支払い手続きが完了しました」と出て、「OK (購入サイトへ)」と出るのでタップすると、
「お支払い手続きは完了しております」と表示されただけの画面になる。
なんか、もの凄く、まわりくどい。

今回はモバイルSuicaをギフトカード経由でクリックポストの送料の支払いに使いたかった。
クリックポストに「amazonでログイン」を選択する。支払いにはギフトカードに●が付いて選択されてるみたい。
普段はクリックポストに「Y!でログイン」を選択して、PayPayで支払ってる。
それぞれ、別に履歴も管理され、登録メールアドレスも別でなければならないようだ。

コンビニ入金でチャージできるのがとても良かったのに突然できなくなりました。
私に落ち度があったのかと思ったら10月からシステムが変ったのですね。
クレジットカードは極力使いたくないのでこれからどうしようかと思います。
他の方も書かれてますが、事前にもっと公表すべきではないでしょうか。
大好きなAmazonだけにこれは残念です。
