有機ELだけあって画質は綺麗です。年配の女優のアップでは少し気の毒になることがありますが。。。
内臓スピーカの評価が良かったため少し期待していましたが外部スピーカーを使ってしまうと比較には全くなりません。
最初はデジタル音声端子にBOSEのサウンドバーsolo5をつかっていました。しかし、端子とアンプが内蔵されているために試しに安物のスピーカーを繋いだところ、音質も悪くなく、音の広がりはBOSE以上に良いです。元々、BOSEは低音が響きすぎるのもあり、JBL A120を追加購入し、プライムビデオやYouTubeを楽しんでいます。スピーカーの内臓、外部の切り替えはリモコンで簡単です。
外部スピーカー用の端子とアンプがある製品はほとんど聞かないため、お手軽に音質を良くしたい人にはオススメです。
タイムシフトはとても便利ですが、番組の指定録画用タイムシフト用の2台のディスクが必要になるのは要注意ですが、とりあえず全部録画してくれるにでとても便利です。私の場合、全録にすると数日しか持たないため、夜だけ全録にしています。
唯一気になるのは、これまで10年以上使っていた液晶テレビよりも起動が遅いことです。数秒の違いですが最初は電源が入らないのかと思いました。

モニター部交換、、、この先不安が残ります。
2021年12月に購入。2022年4月3日、突然画面右のほうに白い縦線がでました。消えないのを確認し、5日にREGZAメール問い合わせ窓口へメールしました。何回かのやり取りの結果、点検・修理が必要となり、東芝テレビご相談センターへ連絡。状況を伝えると今までの録画が全て消去になることと訪問の際のマスクの着用を了解の上でしたら、点検・修理に伺いますとのこと。すぐには訪問ができず4月14日に決まりました。15:00過ぎ、2人の方が来られてモニター（画面）交換しました。1時間半かかりました。（録画は消えませんでした。）対応にはそんなに不満はありませんでした。しかし、今まで何台もTVは買い換えましたがこんなに早く壊れたのは初めてです。東芝のTVは初めて買いました。この先不安が残ります。
