個人差はあるかと思いますが、これさえあればよっぽどの状況や状態でなければほぼ寝落ちできます。じんわりと温かくリラックス、なおかつ光をある程度遮断できているためかと。明るくても全然眠れてしまう人ですが、うっかり照明を落とさずに寝落ちしてしまうと翌朝何となく怠い…やはり眠るときは明るすぎるのはよろしくない。ということを再認識しました。
夏場は少し暑いですが、我慢できなくない。あるいはこれのクールタイプを購入せよということでしょうか。ぜひ試してみたいところです。
■香りについて：ゆずの他に森林・ローズ・ベルガモット（期間限定？）も使用しましたが、ゆずが最も自然な香りに感じました。柑橘系が苦手でなければゆずの香りをおすすめします。
