USBのドングルを接続後、USBのエラーとなり使用できない。それも毎回ではなく、たまにつながって使用できるのが困ったところ。PCの問題かと思い、複数のPCで検証を行ったがすべてのPCで同じ症状となった。問い合わせ先も見つからないため、どうにもならずに結局返品手続きを行った。装着感はとてもよく、つながった時に音もよかった音で期待していただけに残念。今後のドライバやソフトウェアのバージョンアップで何とかなるのかもしれないが、その問い合わせ先さえないので。。。--- 追記 ---不確実な情報なので、「たぶん」との注釈付きとなりますが。どうやらドングルはOS起動前に刺す必要があるらしい。OS起動後に刺しても認識されない、とのこと。USBなのにです。返品してしまって実機が無く検証できないので、情報だけ。

私のこれまでの環境
SoundBlasterZ（サウンドカード） & PC360
→SoundBlaster AE-7（サウンドカード） & ATH-G1
→GSP370（今回の製品）
ヘッドセット自体は同価格帯製品ですね。

★ATH-G1との音質比較
（SoundBlaster AE7はダイレクトモード、GSP370は初期設定のFLATモード）

高音も低音もよくでていて、最初聞いたときは、おぉ！これは！、と思いましたがじっくり聴き比べたところ全体的に、特に中音域の解像感が低く感じて、音の情報量がすくないかなと思いました。ワイヤレスと有線の比較で酷なのですが最終的な音の評価はATH-G１＞GSP370です。

★マイク評価
ノイズなし、問題なし。跳ね上げミュートなので楽。専用ソフトでノイズキャンセルの強さを設定できる。他にも音声にフィルターをつけることもできるが、これはゴミ。

★つけ心地
側圧は強く密閉度高め。普通に快適。

★定位
VALORANTをプレイしていますが、問題なし。

★その他の機能
バッテリー１００時間は目玉機能なのでいわずもがな、最高。
重量285ｇなのでかなり軽い。
通信安定性良好。
セットアップ→レシーバーさすだけ。
付属品→充電用のMicroUSBケーブル（１ｍ）、これによる有線接続はできない。なぜ今時Type-Cじゃないのか。

★まとめ
ワイヤレスヘッドセットの購入を考えている人は快適さを重視していると思いますが、長時間バッテリー・本体軽さ・つけ心地と、こちらの製品は快適さでいえば１００点です。
音質もマイクもゼンハイザークオリティで裏切りませんし、すべてのゲーマーにおすすめできる製品です。

ワイヤレスって素晴らしいです。私はもうこれをメインでいきたいと思いました。

バッテリーは本当に100時間持ちます。1時間使って1%消費です。
1日10時間使っても1週間充電しなくていいので快適です。

装着感も側圧は強くなく、眼鏡をつけながらの使用も問題ありません。

音質はスピーカー、マイク共に以前使っていたsteel series arctis5(有線ヘッドセット)に比べると見劣りする感じがありますが、十分な性能だと思います。マイクが特にホワイトノイズが気になるのでノイズゲートの設定が必須

ヘッドバンドの調節部のロックがゆるいのでいつの間にかずれてくるときがあります。

上記機種との簡易比較を記載します。

やはり300g以下だと圧倒的に軽く感じる。装着した感じはCLOUD FLIGHTも非常に軽い。

バッテリーの持ち
GSP370:100時間
HyperX CLOUD FLIGHT:30時間(イルミネーションOFF時)
Arctis7:24時間
このヘッドセットの目玉とも言えるのがバッテリーの持ち時間。飛びぬけていると言える。

音質
GSP370:高音が丸い。所謂ゼンハイザーサウンド
HyperX CLOUD FLIGHT:GSP370より高音の伸びがある印象。
Arctis7:メリハリがあり、クリアなサウンド
どのヘッドセットもゲームに使用するなら問題ない音質。個人の好みの問題かと。
マイク音質に関してはヘッドセットのマイクは不使用の為、不明。

ユーティリティソフトが不安定とのレビューが見受けられるが
当方ユーティリティを入れずDolby Atmosをイコライザー変わりに使用しています。
付け心地に関してはArctis7と同等だが軽い分首への負担は圧倒的に少ない。CLOUD FLIGHTは装着時の軋みが気になる。
ネックは価格だが、バッテリーの持ち具合や付け心地、ビルドクオリティなど比較対象とした2機種に比べ価格分の差はあると思います。ユーティリティに関しては今後のアップデートに期待。

流石に音響用のヘッドホンに比べ音質では劣りますが、ゲーム用の無線ヘッドセットとして考えれば弱点という弱点が無く非常にハイレベルにまとまっていると思います。

はじめてのマイナス評価の投稿です。
ヘッドセットをつけたまま移動できることに憧れてGSP370購入。不良品でした。
もともとゼンハイザーファンでこのヘッドセットは3台目。プレステに接続すると右側からザーーという音。
メーカーに問い合わせ、言われた通り、ドライバのをアップデートをしたり、環境が悪いのかと部屋を変えたり、PCに繋いでみたりといろいろ試しましたがやはり異音は治りません。
微細な音ですが、常時聞こえてくる音なのでつけていると気になります。
以前買ったGSP302はとても良かったので、
（残念ながらゲームのしすぎを家族に咎められ、破壊されてしまった(T . T)）Amazonのタイムセールの時を狙ってそちらを購入させていただこうと考えています。
ただ、音はとても良く、異音さえなければGSP302よりもさらに繊細さが増して美しいと感じましたので星を一つ増やして、星2つの評価とさせていただきます。

以前まで有線オープン型ヘッドホンを使っていて、無線にしたくて買った。

音質についてはすごく高級なものはしらないけれど、良かったと思う。
公式サイトから設定ソフトなるものがダウンロードできて、ヴィジュアルイコライザーのようなことができるので、好みのものに設定できる。プロファイル機能もあって、最初から映画用ゲーム用といろいろ設定が入っていた。2chと7.1chの切り替えもこちらのソフトから行う。

マイクについてはこのマイクで拾った声のみ聴いていると特に聞き取りづらいということもないと思うけれど、全体的にこもった感じなので、ゲームBGMと同時に聴くと聞き取りづらいかなと思った。ゲーミングヘッドセットとして買ってVCするということは、通話相手がゲームの音を聴きながら会話している可能性が高いはずですよね。一応上記設定ソフトでマイクのほうも少しいじれるので、自分はすべての項目をオフにして、音声強化機能で'クリア'を選択し、ゲインを上げた状態の設定に落ち着いた。マイクについては正直、コンデンサーマイクの方がVCやっている人の間では評価が高い気がするので、どうしてもという方はそちらを選んだほうがいいかもしれない。

無線については特に問題なくて、ちょっと離れてもふつうに途切れることなく聞こえた。ただ、バッテリーが10%下回ると「ピンッ」とかの音が頻繁になったりした。

バッテリーについては100時間とのことで、自分の場合は何日間かもっている。充電にちょっと前のスマホで使っていたタイプのUSBを使う。新しいタイプのUSB-C端子ではない。

ファームウェアアップデートは設定ソフトから行った。手順とかも設定ソフトの手順どおり進めればできたけれど、そのあとヘッドホンを認識しなくなった。最初焦ったけれど、自分の場合はヘッドホン側の電源を入り切りしたら認識した。

見た目については特にふつうかなと思った。重量についても特に重いとかもなく、ヘッドバンドがキツイとかもなく。ゲーミングヘッドセットだからといってLEDがたくさんひかるということもなく。

.. una garanzia!! Cuffie davvero ottime, con la sua chiavetta non hanno nemmeno lag. avvolgono dolcemente l'orecchio con i padiglioni e ti isolano quasi totalmente dal resto del mondo. Non leggerissime ma non danno fastidio salvo d'estate col caldo che fan davvero sudare.
Software di gestione purtroppo macchinoso e un po' schizzinoso, però una volta riusciti ad accoppiare il tutto la gestione è molto buona.
Funziona anche senza il suo Dongle dedicato ma si perdono un bel pò di features quali il 7.1 virtuale l'equalizzatore l'enfatizzazione del microfono e il taglio del rumore di fondo.

Connaissant la qualité et la réputation des produits Sennheiser, je me suis très naturellement laissé tenter par ce casque-micro, d'autant qu'il formulait une promesse de taille : une autonomie de 100h.

Pour ce point, effectivement ce n'est pas un mensonge, l'autonomie est réellement monstrueuse. C'est d'ailleurs impressionnant.

Le casque n'est pas du tout désagréable visuellement. Il est relativement sobre, sans fioritures ni chichis. Le micro relevable qui se coupe lorsqu'il est en position levée est bien pratique. C'est une fonctionnalité que j'apprécie et il est donc aisé de voir si votre micro est activé ou non de ce fait (contrairement à d'autres casques où c'est un bouton poussoir situé à l'arrière du casque...).

Pour ce qui est du reste, malheureusement j'ai été contraint de tout de même renvoyer le produit pour plusieurs raisons :

- les coussinets ne sont pas très confortables, compte tenu du fait que je porte des lunettes. Des coussinets en tissu auraient été préférables ;

- la signature sonore du casque ne me convient franchement pas : trop de basses, un son émoussé pour ce qui est du reste. Une impression de son "étouffé". Je n'ai pas aimé du tout.

- le volume du micro est très modéré. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de marge de manœuvre.

- le logiciel Epos Gaming Suite est très moyen.
