Mac mini M2 で使うため購入。マウスとキーボードもLogicoolの製品を使用しており専用のアプリが便利だったので、こちらも専用アプリで設定カスタマイズ可能とのことので選びました。カメラ自体は問題ありません。が、専用アプリのLogicool Captureのサイトを見ると、Macはインテル版のみ対応と記載あり。インストールしてみたものの起動せず使えませんでした。購入前に確認しなかった自分の不備ですが、インテル版Macは2024年中にサポート終了と言われる昨今、開発が止まっているのか？とても残念に感じました。今後のAppleシリコン版Macへの対応に期待して今はこの評価です。

ダイニング、寝室1、寝室2、洋室兼サーバールームと各部屋にPCがある。寝室2はマイク・カメラがディスプレイに内蔵されているので除外するが、他はすべてこちらのWebカメラをつけている。

カメラは全く利用していないw
もっと安いものでも正直いい。
採用している理由が、固定器具がしっかりしてるから。
写真ではわかりにくいが、足のディスプレイにあたるところに、小さいクッション付きの足がついていて、こちらも角度を変えられる。カメラの質感も高いし、すぐ必要になるわけでないからセールの時に買いまししていけばいいしで、最近1つ追加したところ。

正直Webカメラはなんでもよい。会社で在宅ワークしている関係からテレビ会議をTeamsで毎日やっているが、カメラ映すことはほとんどないし、映すにしても映像がいいからなにか変わるわけでもない。そういう意味ではC270でも十分すぎるほど。

こちらのWebカメラに切り替える前は、C615nを利用していた。

Webカメラといいつつ、つけたからといってすぐに利用することはできない。デバイス一覧には表示されるが、選んだからといって映像が表示されるわけでもない。アプリをインストールしてPCを踏み台にすればネットワークカメラとして動作させることもできるし、Teamsの会議前に映りをみることもできる。言い換えればその程度。

オンライン試験でwebカメラが必要になったため購入しました。
別のカメラを持ってはいたのですが、それが固定フォーカスだった為本人認証で身分証の撮影が不鮮明すぎてうまくいかず、某比較サイトで、値段・撮影最短距離・よく耳にするメーカー、を基準にこちらを買い直しました。
結果、対象から約7cmという近い距離でも鮮明に撮影する事ができてうまくいきました。
画質も視野角も自分一人だけ映すのにちょうど良く、買ってよかったです。

ただ、設定の面で専用ソフトウェアを導入するのに少し苦労しました。
説明書等は入っておらず、パッケージにあるURLに飛ぶとLogiのトップページ。ソフトウェア一覧を見るも、えっ、どれ...？
パッケージに「Logicool Capture」の文字を見付けてそれをダウンロード。
いやキャプチャーソフトじゃん？となり、最終的には「Logicool G HUB」を使ってます。(Logicool Captureもカメラのカスタマイズはできます）
製品登録が正常に進まないのでサポートに問い合わせると、そのまま先方でやってくれました。
流れとしては、
サポートチャットで問い合わせ開始、返信用のメールアドレスを要求され入力して送信。
1日足らずでメールが来て、本体ケーブルのラベルに書いてあるシリアル番号と購入履歴の領収書をスクリーンショットして画像を添付。登録できたよーと連絡が来ておしまいです。
サポートチャットは過去に利用した事があると無反応になる不具合があるようで、
一度ログアウトしてからチャットを開始してその流れでログインすれば機能するようです。

さすがはロジクール製です。ノートPC標準装備のカメラとは雲泥の差です。
ノートPCを横に置いて正面に置いた外付け大画面ディスプレイを見ながらオンライン会議に参加するとノートPC標準装備のカメラでは横顔しか映らないのでAmazonのセールで購入しました。このWebカメラを顔の正面に置くことで問題は解決しました。また、それ以上にとても高画質な上、ロジクールからダウンロードした「LogiTune」というロジクールデバイス統合管理アプリでズームや上下左右の撮影範囲調整、色合いなど細かく制御できるのでとても使い勝手が良いです。大変気に入りました。価格が安かった他社のWebカメラと悩みましたが、ロジクールにして良かったです。あと、製品登録がなかなかできなかったのですが、ロジクールに問合わせたところ、先方で登録まで行ってもらえました。製品そのものだけでなく、サポートサービスの品質もとても高いことに満足です。
