Perfect for fans of the pce/turbografx 16
The pce/ turbografx is the most underrated system in America that didn't get the respect that it deserved . I never owned an original turbografx 16 but have a rgb modded pce duo r. The Japanese library is awesome but alot of the heavy hitters such as the shmups are expensive. This pce mini made it cheaper to play and own these expensive games. It looks like the original white pce from 1986 and it is slightly smaller than the original console . It has hdmi video out, USB mini for the power brick which is not included and 2 front USB ports for the controllers. It comes with one white pce controller with no turbo switches like the original that came out in 1986. Most importantly the games included are the best thing about the pce mini. Games such as bonks adventure, sapphire, Dracula x rondo of blood, gradius, blazing lasers and many other pce, supergrafx and turbografx titles are included. It has pce mode which are Japanese games and turbografx 16 mode which are the American games. Most of the pce games are English friendly and don't require much knowledge of the Japanese language except for the Jrpgs included. It has enough games to keep a retro gamer busy . I would recommend buying either the optional hori controller which has turbo switches or one of the 8bitdo wireless controllers. It doesn't come with a power brick so I recommend buying the optional hori power brick or any 3rd party power adapter that matches the voltage of the system. If you plan on taking the system to a friends house or a hotel room here are 3rd party travel cases made for the system and there is another carrying case that resembles the pce briefcase. In my opinion this is probably one of the best minis to date and I highly recommend this system to anyone who loves retro games and the pce/turbografx 16
