ノー〇ンが重たく辞めて、OS標準は広告は切れないやバックエンドの広告接続の存在もあり、あれは最悪。絶対に利用しない。その状況でも、常に変わらない、非常に軽くて柔軟です。そしてこの価格帯は、世界中に採用されている証拠でしょう。他のセキュリティソフトから見て、何をしたいのか日本語で明確に設定できます。他の嫌がらせのような横文字、上から目線の強制はありません。OSなどの広告の束縛が無いため、あれ？なんだこのパケットがきっちり切断、スルーできます。OS標準のセキュリティソフトでは、IPv6のネットプリンターの通信の切断は、頻繁に起こります。しかし、このソフトは、ネットワーク層を熟知している為、そのような事は無く、たとえ拒否してもそれらの通信をトラブルシューティングがあり明確に設定できます。ここからが重要、ライセンスを購入するとスマートホンに特化したアプリとして導入できます。これねいいっすわ。すべてのアプリにロックキーを設定できたり、軽い!本当ね。

更新時期が近くなり、3年おきに毎回更新していましたので
今回も普通に更新しようと考えていましたら、ある日6980円で
3年5台が更新可能、8月30日までと書かれたメールが届きました、
まだ日があったし、来週に更新しようかと思っていたら、
またメールが来て8千円以上に上がっていました。

値上げすることは知っていましたが、最初のメールで6980円と
書かれていて8月30日までと書いてあったのに
勝手に値があがっているのはなぜか、問い合わせたら値上げしたからと
言い、間違った情報提供をしたのに謝りもせず適当な回答でした。

当然更新はせず、他社製品に移動しようと思いましたが、アマゾンさんが
新規分を6980円で販売してくれていて、そちらを購入して
使うことにしました。

googleで「ESET　登録」　と検索するとESETの登録サイトがヒットし
そこにアマゾンさんから届いた購入コードを入力したらあっさり
製品のアクティベートに必要な製品認証キーが発行され、
期限切れを状態のESETを起動し、製品のアクティベーションを実行し
購入コードを入力してアクティベートすると問題なく使えるようになりました。

ただandroidスマホPIXELだけ、なぜかESETアプリを起動すると
白い画面がちらつきまくり、ぜんぜんアプリが起動せず、動かない状態に
なっていました、アンインストールして、購入コード発行ページの
QRコードを読み取ってESETをgoogle play経由じゃないブラウザから
ダウンロードしてインストールすると問題なく使えるようになり、
購入コード入力で前の状態に戻りました。
androidについて、いつまでgoogleplay経由じゃない方法をとらせるのか？
なんとも不便だと思います、ESETは手動で検索エンジンのアップデートを
しなければならない無料版がgoogleplayにあるのでそれとの関係かなとも
思いますが。

セキュリティソフトとしての機能は程々良く、もう10年以上ESETをメインに
使ってきましたが、他にもセキュリティソフトは使っていて
そちらは問題は起きてないので、３年の間にいいセキュリティソフトを
探して移ろうかなと考えています、たった１千円ちょっとのことですが
間違った情報を提供するサポートを信用していいものかと思ってしまいました。
他にもこの３年でネットバンク使用時にキーボードの入力が変になることも
多発するようになったし、設定 セキュリティツール内の
インターネットバンキング保護を操作して解決はしますが、
昔ほど良くないのかもなと思いました。

以前購入した同社5台3年の有効期限が切れたので購入
継続でなく新規登録の扱いとは理解してたものの、まぁ分かりづらい
セキュリティソフトの登録なんて数年ぶりだし、サイトのレイアウトも当然に変わってる。
なんとか購入カードを登録できたと思ったら製品認証キー、シリアル番号にライセンスIDやら英数字の記号がいくつも羅列されているし、自分の場合は製品認証キーとシリアルがどちらもJから始まっていたので、認証キーに気付かずシリアルIDでアクティベートしようとして失敗の連続で焦りが募る。
認証キーの頭文字がJ固定なら、シリアルなどはJ以外にして欲しい。
