良さそうな製品。しかし、リモコンに反応しない。そして、画像のように、下のモード表示がない。電池を入れ替えると、一瞬点くが。リモコン使わなければ、使えるが不便だな。追加 夜中3:10に突然本体起動し勝手に掃除！2/7以下の連絡ありメーカーさまより以下のお願いがございます。①本体(RoboVac)の電源がオンで十分に充電されているか確認してください。➡そもそもリモコン表示されてないのにトンチンカン！②リモコンに搭載している乾電池を交換してお試しください。➡同梱電池の電圧を、テスターで測定。二本とも1.53vで正常。一応新品に入れ替えるも同じ現象。でもね、電子機器の不良はある程度ある！基本機能は良さそうなので、再度注文。最初のやつは、本日返品！そして本日到着！やはりいいな。ポイント高度過ぎる電子機器より、単純なものがいい。障害物の認識の仕方わかれば、人間が事前対処！or足で制御？アナログ？人工知能レベルを求めたら、きりがない。まあ、百万円払えば違うが！とりあえず、☆アップ。ありがとうね。返品し、2台目購入。一日目は正常にリモコン動く。二日目にリモコンが作動せず、時計表示のみ。前回と一緒！リモコンCQS20210513 QCPASS G2回も返品なんてめんどくさいな。恐らくリモコンの不良だろうから、リモコンだけ送ってほしいな。☆一つに格下げ。なお注文先は前回はNocoNoco Shop 様、今回はAnKer。NocoNoco Shopの対応は良かったです。2/12昨日NocoNoco様より、返品品は、正常と！！驚きました。悩みつつ、再度リモコンと格闘。ナント、リモコンの∧のゴムが沈んでるのに気がつく！爪で引き上げてやると、正常に作動。NocoNoco様からの情報が無ければここまで調べられない。真っ黒なので、気が付きにくい。皆様のご参考まで。NocoNoco様に情報提供に感謝と返品陳謝です。❤️(2回目の購入はAnker。購入先なんて見ないでポチりました。NocoNoco様ごめんなさい。)四十日使用。いいですね。他の製品使用してないので、ベンチマークなしですが。機能がシンプルで使いやすい。①フィルター掃除が簡単！取り出し易い。通常はプレフィルターの表面を百均のブラシでなぞるだけ。その下のフィルター（スポンジ様）は、目視で白ければ、軽く叩く。気になるなら洗剤であらうかな。今は、ここまで！NocoNocoさんに感謝！

よくホコリを吸ってくれるし、手入れも簡単で安いので申し分無い。
リモコンでの操作もできるし、毎日タイマーをかけて掃除してれるので楽。
音は少し大きいかもしれないが、2年使っても故障もしていない。
アフターパーツも売ってるので長く使うこともできそうで安心。
充電ポートに帰るのが少し手こずることがあるが何回か挑戦していると帰れてるので問題無さそう。
じゅうたんでスタックすることもない。

 吸引力に関しては問題ないです、動作時の音に関しては少し大きいと感じますが、これと言って気になるものではないです

購入する前まで床にものが多く置いてあったのですが、安かったため購入をしたので床に置いてあるものを片づけました。
なので部屋が片付き、落ちているホコリも取ってくれるのでとっても楽です

機能としてはオートであったり、タイマー機能もあります
タイマー機能を使うことで帰宅する1時間前などに設定をして、キレイになったところに帰宅するとか、音が少し大きいので朝の目覚まし代わりに使うこともできます
段差に関しては2-3cmくらいの高さなら乗り越えようと頑張ってくれます、ただ、乗り越えることが出来ず動けなくなってしまうこともあるので部屋のドアなどは締めておくことをおすすめします。

もう一つ注意点としてコンセントから延長コードを引っ張っていたりとか、携帯の充電器が床に落ちている状態だと、コードの認識をしないのでそのまま巻き込んでしまいます
なので利用する際は細かくて軽いものについては極力置かないようにしたほうがいいです
どうしても置く場合は、重たいものなどを横に起き、バリケードとして使うことをおすすめします

新品の状態から、３年間使っています。
そろそろ充電池が切れてきたようで、電池寿命が短くなっていて、掃除の途中で止まります。
でも、いまだに現役で頑張ってますよ〜。
もう少し経ったら、最新式のEufyに買い換えるかもしれません。
今までありがとうという感じです。
初めてお掃除ロボットを使う人にはとてもお勧めできるモデルでした。
使い方が簡単で、綺麗にしてくれて、コスパ良好ですね。

I am visiting my elderly mother from New York. I brought Eufy RoboVac with me from the U.S., thinking that she may not use it. But she loved it so much that I decided to order another one for the first floor. This way she does not have to carry it from the second floor when she wants to clean the first floor. I was a bit worried since this item is used. But, it looks just as new and worked perfectly. The RoboVac cleaned the first floor perfectly. The only thing that it did not have was a remote controller, which I did not realize. But I just ordered it from Amazon. My mother is extremely happy with the item. It’s convenient to have the RovoVac especially for elderly people. I highly recommend this item.

お迎えして2年。薄型でベッドの下も掃除可能。動きはだいぶおばかさんだけど愛しい感じでお気に入りでした。
音はそれなり。ブラシはあっという間に毛が抜ける。コード類は良く巻き込む。乗り越えられない段差を無理やりおりて玄関を掃除してくれたこと数回…でもおおむね満足していました。
しかし起動して数分で止まるようになってしまった。保証期間が過ぎたところ。高くないけど安くもないので買い替えには悩みます。

前提
・賃貸3LDK、家の中の大きな段差は玄関ぐらい
・床に置いてる物や家具は少なめ
・掃除の頻度：週一
・リモートワーク中

リモートワーク中ずっと家にいるので、
掃除の頻度が週一だと段々埃が溜まっていくのが如実にわかり、気持ちが良くないな〜と思っていました。
かといって毎日掃除機かけるのも面倒だったので、レビューをいろいろ拝見した上でこちらを購入しました。

プラス面の感想
・毎日稼働させてるので、週一で自分でやる掃除が楽になった(隅っこや物が多い個人部屋だけ自分で掃除してます)
・毎日部屋がきれいで気持ちが良い
・基本的な機能しかないが個人的には十分に感じる(実際、オートモードとタイマーしか使用してない)

マイナス面の感想
・稼働中は普通にうるさいです。
(ので、別室で仕事中にリビングなどの掃除をさせてます。)
・充電が1時間半ぐらいしかもたない。
(主にリビング・ダイニング・廊下あたりの範囲で稼働させてますが、個人的には十分かなと感じてます。)
・床に触れてるコードや絨毯の紐が絡まる
(どかすなり工夫して使用する必要あり)

結論
・コスパ良し。この値段でこれなら満足。
・どかせるものはどかして動線を邪魔しないようにしたり、段差が大きい場所には突っ張り棒をはるなどして工夫して使用するのがベスト。
・平らな面積かつ物を置いてない範囲が大きい部屋にはかなりオススメ
