    クエン酸では埒が明かない、掲題の用途にサンポールを使っていましたが、においが残るためこちらの商品を購入しました。塩酸の濃度としてはほとんど変わらないため、除去力自体はサンポール同等でしたが、粘度が低いためすぐに流れてしまいます。除去力ダウン、におい残りは改善といった感じです。漬けおけるなら良いと思います。
