That's why I got this book. I needed this mostly from a business owner's perspective.
I needed to understand the differences of Gen Z to understand how the job market is changing, how to attract and identify talent in the Gen Z age group, how they 'buy' differently, and how they will change business as a whole over the next 20 years.
I don't like most books I read, so it's rare for me to say something like this: I was pleasantly surprised that I got all the answers I've been waiting for. In my opinion, this is a must read for any business owner, manager, or leader even in a non-profit.
Usually when I read a book, I am confronted with many ideas that are already well-circulated or are more opinionated/persuasive than factual. I appreciate data-based / factual information that proves that I am wrong. While reading this book, I found that I was wrong about many things, and that in fact, I was falling into the trap of conflating Gen Y and Z more than I realized.
In short, I definitely recommend this one, I loved it.
