Ren Behan is a British food writer of Polish descent, who is constantly inspired by both her heritage and the fast-changing food landscape in Poland. The recipes, whether simple or more complicated, are easy to follow and have a modern twist, often taking into account current trends.
I would have liked a few more recipes for other well known Polish dishes, but on the other hand, I can look forward to these in the next book.
All in all, a very pleasing cookbook for anybody looking for something slightly different to the norm.
