Ken Lloyd, PhD, is a nationally recognized management consultant, author, and columnist who specializes in organizational behavior, communication, and employee coaching and development. He has authored and coauthored ten books, and his long-running weekly workplace advice column appears in many newspapers and online. He has also taught numerous courses in the MBA Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. A member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, he received his BA from UC Berkeley and his PhD with a specialty in Organizational Behavior from UCLA.
