This show proves that there is no limit to creativity. A series about a toilet seat? Who would've thought it was possible? As crazy as this looks, when living in a foreign country, you often find yourself not knowing how to call a simple thing like benza. This could happen to you.
I learned a new Japanese word... "Benza"! This is a fun series where the main actors are clearing having fun with their roles. It's refreshing to see Western talent play main roles and be clever and funny with their dialogue rather than the usual under-used 'gaijin' talent in most Japanese shows. More Benza please!
I am genuinely into indie stuff, like youtube productions, but this was a bit more than what I had expected. Genuinely was surprised with the quality of what I viewed. Had a lot of fun watching this, because of the absurd comedy value as well as the diverse cast considering the location it was produced in. Looking forward to seeing more.
Super happy and proud of this whole crew. They worked their butts off in the name of making comedy. Not just that, but in an environment with the odds stacked against them. I love the stuff they created and hope everyone gets a change to check it out. ZA BENZA!!!
A must see, especially for fans of Japanese media (which these days, who isn't ?!). The Benza has groovy music, hilarious actors and even some animated scenes. The tongue in cheek cheeky humour is a bit like a modern-day Carry On film set in Japan. An excellent series.
