I have enjoyed reading this book and could not put it down. I would recommend it to everyone who is interested in spirituality and spiritual progress.
The main characters John and Devi meet and start dating and their love for each other grows quickly. They go through a violent event which push them even more to go unto a spiritual journey which John called a God Quest.
I won't tell you anymore to spoil it so just buy the book and start reading. The book it's written in a very easy language that is easy to understand and it grips your attention from the start.
About four years ago I have learned Transcendental Meditation which is similar to what John the main character has discovered in his spiritual journey. Reading this book really inspired me to continue regularly practising TM and learning new techniques to progress in my spiritual journey.
God bless you Yogani and thank you for your amazing books! :-)

The Secrets of Wilder - A Story of Inner Silence, Ecstasy and Enlightenment (English Edition) Kindle版
Yogani is the author of the Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP) system, including more than a dozen Instructional Titles available in Paperback, Kindle eBook and AudioBook editions, covering all aspects of Full-Scope Yoga Practice. Since 1970, he has crossed the lines between many traditions, developing an effective integration of methods including Deep Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama, Hatha, Kundalini, Tantra, Self-Inquiry, and more. It is a flexible, scientific approach rather than a rigid, arbitrary one, and open to public scrutiny, as all spiritual knowledge should be nowadays. He has no desire for guru status - only to have the joy of making a small contribution to helping the disciplines of spiritual practice become open to everyone. He wishes to remain anonymous, preserving a quiet life in practices. AYP is not about the author. It is about all who long for knowledge. --このテキストは、paperback版に関連付けられています。

As a rule I do not read fiction unless introduced to a book or series by a friend. The author Yogani has written books on teaching yoga practice that I found I couldnt get enough of.. S, when I saw a fictional novel written by him my interest and curiousity peaked and got the better of me. Ive read over 500 books in the past 5 yrears in my search for truth... There was more truth in this work of fiction than I found in most nonfictions not written by the author. Ill read this one a few times..

intriguing, inspiring, thought-provoking, and informational. great book!2014年2月6日にアメリカ合衆国でレビュー済み
It was very difficult for me to unglue myself from this story. Important spiritual insights and lessons are skillfully woven into the story line and illustrated by the experiences of well-developed characters. The characters are engaging, real, honest, raw, and thought-provoking. I have been following in the tradition of Yoga for about two years but I am still relatively new and inexperienced. Yogani's illustration of the spiritual insights throughout the book and via the experiences of John Wilder drove the lessons home for me. I have a deeper understanding of each practice which fuels my desire to know more and to continue to evolve with spirit. This has become by far, one of my favorite books. I recommend it to anyone who wants to further their spiritual practices and read a really good book.
This was an amazing story. It thrilled me2014年7月20日にアメリカ合衆国でレビュー済み
This was an amazing story. It thrilled me, challenged me, gave me insight into the enlightenment process, gave me slight revulsions at times, but never bored me. Having read some of the Yogani books on meditation practices, it put all that information into a story form of a young man seeking enlightenment. Not just enlightenment in the popular sense, but in the actual becoming "one with God" in totality. It is highly recommended for those who are serious about the "God-quest". Those in tight little religious boxes may have a hard time with it.
