The photos themselves are excellent quality and large on the page. Some are often-seen favorites; quite a few are ones I haven't seen before, sometimes alternate shots from familiar sessions/shows. I have no argument with the quality of the book; it just doesn't have the material I was looking for. If you prefer early-era Who, this is the book for you.
For one, the book doesn't include many pictures from their later years as previously stated, but instead generally cover the 60's and some early 70's. The cover they show here isn't necessarily the cover you'll get. There are many different ones. I didn't order from Amazon directly but instead from an individual seller, and this is the main warning I wanted to give. Apparently this book has a very similar or often confused ISBN with another Rex Collections book on the Sex Pistols. I ordered this book twice, one from here and once from eBay, and both times got shipped the Sex Pistols one. It wasn't until the third time I ordered this book, from another individual seller here on Amazon, that I finally got the right copy. I don't know if Amazon has ever sent out the wrong book, but my guess is you'd be safe ordering from them. As such, I suggest that before ordering this book (whether here from an individual seller, on eBay, or any other site), message the seller and ask for them to confirm that it is on The Who. This way, you'll avoid the month or so trouble I went through trying to get this!
Although, it certainly was worth the wait.
