I'm a Japanese food and wellness blogger based in Tokyo. This is the best organic matcha I've had in Japan. It's much sweeter than the lower quality organic matcha available at high-end supermarkets in Japan like Seijo Ishii. The Matcha Tokyo has it's "Japan Premium" matcha, which is a blend of matcha from Kagoshima and Kyoto. And they have Kyoto Uji. Both are naturally sweet and equally good. Yes, you could use this matcha to make lattes, but I would drink it as is. This is the good stuff if that's what you're looking for.
