Suspicious Counterfeit CD (CD-ROM)

This is my view of this product, not of the quality of music:
Have received this item this afternoon. I strongly suspect that this is not original product, indeed it could be a counterfeit CD from suspicious sources that is being sold by Amazon.de unknowingly.
Below are the various indications that my doubt based on:
1. The printing of the booklet are of second rate. Fonts are misaligned , colors are off, the photo reproduction was poor, cheap paper, and the booklet are folded inside out, with the album cover facing inside, when it arrived.
2. The CD labelling. The usual RVG logo on it was printed in flat color, this is rather unusual because the rest of my Blue Note RVG version cds' logos were printed with silver and blue effect. This effect is gone on the cd I received.
I hope Amazon.de can look into such matter as this is happening to my one of my other purchases from Amazon.de too, "The Hank Mobley: Quintet: RVG Remastered Edition"

Yo !
- Art Blakey & the Jazz Messengers "des femmes disparaissent" - 1959
- Gerry Mulligan "The Subterraneans" - 1960
- Barney Willen "un temoin dans la ville" - 1959
- Alain Goraguer "j'irai cracher sur vos tombes" - 1959
- Mal Waldron & Dizzy Gillespie "the cool world" - 1964

A Forgotten Saxophone Master

Ike Quebec is one of the most underrated saxophonists I think in the history of jazz. His life was cut way too short. There's no telling what he could have done, but at least we have some very memorable recordings of Quebec, which includes this 1961 recording cut for Blue Note Records.
"It Might As Well Be Spring" capture Quebec in fine form with Freddie Roach on organ, Milt Hinton on bass, and Al Harewood on drums. For those of you who don't like organ, especially in jazz music, should give this recording a spin, because what we have here is unobtrusive and lyrical, which is not like jazz organ. It's a healthy alternative to the style of organists like Jimmy Smith and Larry Young. Roach's approach was more subtle and it somehow makes this recording just sound right.
This is a group that plays with a low burning fire under them and after awhile you'll start to smell what's really cooking: this beautifully played music. Highly recommended.
