From the little town of Sleepy Gap, Kansas, to the street of the hustling and bustling New York City comes Millie Collins, young and beautiful, looking to make her dreams come true. Her adventures begin when she meets photographer Clicker Holbrook and engages on an ups-and-downs career in modeling. Along the way her cadre of friends expands and her adventures with them. She appeared in over 250 comic issues in the Timely/Atlas/Marvel line, including 207 of her own original title, eventually becoming an official member of the Marvel superhero universe. Millie was created by Ruth Atkinson, written by Atkinson and other comics greats such as Stan Lee, and drawn by Pete Riss, Ken Bald, Mike Sekowsky, and a famous run of a decade by Dan DeCarlo (#18-93). This book begins the DAN DECARLO era, with issues #17-21, 23-28!
NOTE: This collection, sadly, will never be complete; only the first 97 issues of Millie are public domain, and some of those are going to be difficult to hunt down - - but we'll do all we can!
