I love this game! It took everything good about the first SNES LMN game & fine-tuned it, plus they added neat features like Goemon Impact giant robot that you get to man at the end of some levels! He's HUGE!! I love the level designs, & the background art is just gorgeous & it scrolls very well as you're on the go. It is a very good game to just pick up & play a few levels at a time if you don't have alot of down-time, or to just blast through it in one afternoon. It's just an all around great game, & the price is fantastic for such a fun game. It's easily one of my favorite Super Famicom titles!

Ganbare Goemon 2 is a pretty nice platforming game for the Super Famicom. It introduces Fan-Favorite Impact the giant robot to the series, as well as debuting Sasuke the Robotic Ninja as a playable character! It's a simple run-jump-attack-get to the goal sort of game with the odd branching path here and there in the game. The game's a little challenging, but still easy enough for a relaxing time.
The language barrier for English speaking folk is around a low-medium level, as the game only has talking in towns and they haven't really said anything that I particularly needed to hear. I suppose you won't be able to enjoy the story, and you wouldn't be able to tell what the shop items do if you're not a series veteran. Otherwise, perfectly easily playable!

The most playable goemon SNES period. If you want nothing but a super awesome and insanely quirky japanese platformer You can do no better than Goemon 2. You will find yourself doing crazy stuff like riding a giant robot goldfish, driving a giant robot over feudal japan, smacking bunny soldiers around with a giant marijuana pipe all in the first level. Cute cut scenes, great art, colors SO MANY COLORS! As a person who doesn't speak japanese this is a fine game, great challenge without being ridiculous. All later goemon games either got too confusing for english speakers or too damned hard. This is the nicest balance. Would recommend to anyone.

Wasn't in "very good" condition as advertised considering it had the sticker ripped off the back of the cart. It should of been marked as "acceptable" But I'm not complaining, It's a good game that rarely sees American soil.
