Well the collection is what it says to be. A sampling of Japanese Electronic, Ambient, & New Age works from the 80s. Most of the tracks have never been issued outside of Japan. Its a very educational collection for those getting in to such a genre, or collectors.
Take note that there are differences between all 3 releases.
The download versions only contain 10 tracks. The physical double CD version contains 23 tracks, and the triple Vinyl LP release contains 25 tracks. Why Light in the Attic decided to release it this way, I have no idea, but its certainly confusing to the consumers who don't realize it. For example I discovered this release on Bandcamp which only offer the 10 tracks. I waited a couple of months waiting for it to be released, so I could download it. But on the day of release I discovered by accident that they were physical releases with more than twice the music. Many people are buying the download versions and I wonder how many of them know that its only half the music.

The vinyl release is beautifully packaged. The outer container is sturdy and the inner sleeves are all beautiful. The liner booklet is really informative and well written. The records themselves sound great. Contrary to the item description, no poster was included in my package.
