The Jillian Hillcrest Mysteries are a really great box-set. I read all three books back to back and had 'book series loss' when I finished the last one, I was left desperate to know more about Jillian and her friends and what would happen next in her life.
All three books centre around Jillian Hillcrest, she's a great character, she has a job she loves and is good at, and knows what she likes. From the get go Jillian just can't help getting herself into trouble, and in each book she is faced with getting involved in murder and things not going to plan.
I loved all three of these books, the storylines were really interesting and you could tell that the author had thoroughly researched to get facts right. I hope that Ms. Strand choses to write more books about Jillian Hillcrest - I really enjoyed these and would definitely read more. A new author for me!
