Libby Cone is the author of WAR ON THE MARGINS (Duckworth Publishers, 2009), a novel about the Nazi occupation of the Channel Islands and the subsequent marginalization and persecution of the Islands' Jewish citizens. She continues her fascination with the arbitrary nature of national identity with this story, loosely based on the ill-fated Plockhoy settlement in what is now Lewes, Delaware. Born in Massachusetts, Cone now calls Philadelphia home. A practicing radiologist, she lives there with her husband, many pets, and many books.
