This is an amazing book full of accessible research and support as well as guidance, both in terms of mindset and clinical information. I wish I had had this book a decade ago. I have read so many books about weight loss over the years, but this is going to be my last - because I just won't need another!

This book is amazing! Very informative and Dr. Sarah breaks down the topics in an easy to read and understandable way. I highly recommend it if you are struggling to lose weight or looking to improve your health in general! As a holistic nutrition student, I did not learn a ton of information in the classroom in regards to weight loss and so this book has been my go-to! Whether you are a wellness practitioner or simply looking to improve your health, this book is such an excellent resource!

Easy to read and understand and very doable. The information is spot on. Not really about weight loss but rather getting healthy and the weight loss is a side effect. She talks a lot about getting your Circadian Rhythms back on track which is laid out and explained. My new fav book.
