I got this book only a couple of days ago, sat up all night reading it. The author's writing style is friendly and with a great sense of humour. I laughed out aloud on numerous occasions. This book is packed with information, stories and exercises. It explains the dynamics of relationships from the emotional angle in a way that makes sense but it is not just theory. The book is very thorough and explains what to do and how to do it. It feels doable, it is very inspiring.
I believe everyone who is dating anyone, or is thinking about dating would benefit from this book. I particularly appreciated the advice on online dating and setting up a profile that works. I wish I had found this when I was 17, scared to death of talking to girls. Five stars and Thank You to the author.
