A huge hit in Japan, the Cook-Zen microwave pot will change the way you cook. No more slaving over the stove-the Cook-Zen creates healthy, delicious meals in minutes. The Cook-Zen's patented design locks in moisture, bringing out the food's natural flavors and vibrant colors. Extremely short cooking times ensure that the nutrients in your foods are better preserved. There is no need for constant stirring-the Cook-Zen heats food evenly without drying out ingredients. Whether you're cooking breakfast, lunch, or dinner-the Cook-Zen does it all.
If you own one, you already know you can make dinners in less than 20 minutes. It's the best invention ever!
I work 60 hours a week and am barely home to eat, so making dinner when I get home from work is really rough for me. When I use the cook-zen it makes life soo much easier. My only issue was that I was making the same things over and over again, since I only had the recipes that came with the cook-zen.
When I saw this book on Amazon ... I had to get it!
Now I am making clam chowder, mussels, seafood, chocolate truffles, soups of all kinds, and it has changed my cooking habits.
Thank you for publishing it in English, since my Japanese reading level is non-existent.
After checking out the book, I was a bit saddened. Most of the recipes were okay. The soups sounded like they might be good, but a lot of it was lacking. There is a recipe with scallops that all you use the cook-zen for is the scallops and then you wrap it in bacon with a piece of avocado. Kinda lame. I'll keep the book as a reference point, but I will most likely just keep looking at the first cookbook.
