購入後、キャベツの角切りを半分ほど入れ、ヒモを思い切り引いたところ、戻らない。手を放してしばらくすると突然戻って取っ手でしたたか手を叩かれ、これは危ない道具だなというのが第一印象。何度か力を加減してしばらく使ったが、戻りにくいのは変わらず。ネットでメーカーに問い合わせると、「不良品と思われるので交換します」とのこと。代替品交換となったが、今度はスムースに戻るので、同じような症状の方は問合せた方がいいです。（写真は止まった状態→メーカーに送ったものです）
