Mars MALTAGE Ezhyu ~Malt Selection ~ is a malt whiskey that expresses complexity and depth by vattting multiple malt whiskey blend technology. Among the plump sweet fragrance reminiscent of honey and caramel, the scent of a subtle smoky flavor and ripe fruit, the mouth is rounded and soft, and the gentle lingering is characterized by its gentle taste. The product name "Echhyuyama", is named as one of the mountains in the Central Alps. The name called Ezhyyu (Cosmo), reminiscent of the universe, is a label design that resembles the night sky seen from the Mars Shinshu Distillery located at the foot of the central Alps.
