    日本のクラフトビールの中でも特に評価の高い一品です。小麦をろ過していないヘーフェヴァイツェンスタイルのビールとして、非常にユニークな味わいです。

　注いだ瞬間に広がる美しい黄金色と、グラスの中でほんのりと曇った外観が印象的です。この曇りは、小麦をろ過していないヘーフェヴァイツェンならではの特徴で、ビールが持つ豊かな風味を予感させます。

    アロマ

    　フルーティーな香りが鼻をくすぐります。特に、バナナのような甘い香りが支配的で、仄かなクローブのスパイシーな香りが混ざり合います。この香りだけでも、飲む前から期待感が高まります。

    味わい

    　一口目を口に含むと、まず感じるのはその滑らかな口当たりです。小麦を使用しているため、柔らかくクリーミーな質感が口の中に広がります。バナナのような甘さが控えめに感じられ、次にクローブのスパイシーさが口の中に広がります。少しの酸味と相まって、味わいに深みを与えています。

　ビールのボディは軽すぎず、重すぎず、絶妙なバランスを保っています。炭酸は控えめで、泡が細かく、口の中で柔らかく弾ける感覚が心地よいです。これが飲みやすさに拍車をかけ、ついついもう一口、もう一口と飲みたくなります。

    後味

    　非常にスッキリとしており、嫌な余韻が残りません。最後にふわりと鼻に抜けるバナナの香りが心地よく、また飲みたくなるような余韻を残してくれます。苦味はほとんど感じられず、非常にマイルドで飲みやすいビールです。

    　フルーティーで甘さとスパイスのバランスが絶妙な、非常に飲みやすい白ビールです。ビール初心者から上級者まで幅広く楽しめる味わいであり、特に夏の暑い日に冷やして飲むと、その爽快感が一層引き立ちます。どんなシチュエーションでも、心地よいひとときを提供してくれるビールです。
