    子供の頃を函館で過ごしていた私には、松前漬は故郷の味だ。
    母は、いつも決まって「よねや」のを買っていたのだが、最近ネットでみかけないのと、
    ちょっとお高めなので、手に入れることが出来ていない。
    竹田食品の松前漬けは関東のスーパーでもたまに見かけるので、
    まあまあかな～と思って購入した。

    あー、竹田の松前漬けだ～と思いましたよ。
    ただ、スルメがちょい硬い。よねやのはもっとふやけていて柔かい。
    味濃いよね～、そして甘ったるい。
    けど、松前漬ってこういうもんだ。

    最近は観光客に媚びてでっかい数の子が入ってるのが多いけど、
    本来は、崩れてたバラの数の子がはいっていて、
    バラだからこそネバネバに包まれていて、それがおいしい。

    お椀に松前漬けをいれて、お湯をそそぐと、
    イカがくるくるって丸まって、昆布の粘りが良いトロミになる。
    汁物としてすするのも好き。ゴハンにのせてお茶漬けもいい。
    久しぶりに故郷の味、楽しませていただきました。
