見事にテイルズオブシリーズの復活を果たした、傑作JRPG！
プレイ70時間以上。トロコン済み。本編と、その1年後を描くストーリーDLCのセット。良かった点・テイルズ史上最もリッチになったグラフィックス。昨今のRPGにしては、街にちゃんと力を入れてるのが素晴らしい、どの街も細部までデザインが魅力的。・魅力的なストーリー。良い意味でJRPGらしいシナリオで、昔のスターオーシャン的な懐かしさがあった。・パーティメンバーの6人が魅力的。どのキャラもちゃんとロールがあり、個性が際立っている。バトル中に操作キャラの変更も可能。・ブーストアタックやストライクで、控えメンバーも攻撃に参加するので、パーティ6人全員で戦ってる感がちゃんと在る。・AGの回復が早いので、バトル中にどんどん術技を惜しまず使えるバトルシステムになった。・ユニークモンスターの追加。初めてそのエリアを訪れた時には、勝てないレベルの敵がいる。キャラを育成して、後々倒しに戻って来てやろうというモチベになる。悪かった点・アニメーションで描かれるカットシーンのクオリティが低い。これならアニメ無しで通常グラで描いた方が良かった…。・敵のHPが高い。難易度ノーマルでも結構硬め。難易度設定が細かく在るので、そこまで硬くする必要無かった。・サブクエが単調。物量は多いが、お使いか、指定された敵を倒すなど、ボイスも無しのものが多い。・レベル上限が100で、1周目でコンプ出来る仕様なので、折角NG+の機能が在るのに、周回する目的が無い。・追加されたフォトモードの機能が悪い。美しい街やフィールドのデザインなのに、アングルの変更機能すら無い。・DLCの内容が、ほぼ本編で使用したエリアの使い回しで、新しい話が進行する。新エリアはダンジョンが3つのみ。本編でのキャラの育成状態が引き継げない。(本編の進行状況に応じでボーナスは有り)一部アイテムの追加は有るが、新プレイアブルキャラや、新しい術技は無い。これならレベル上限を100以上に開放して、本編での育成状態をそのまま使わせて欲しかった…。総評としては、85点のゲーム。テイルズオブシリーズの復活&復権を見事に果たした傑作。ガッツリJRPGが遊びたいんだよ！て人にはオススメの一本。まだ本編を未プレイなら、オススメのセット商品。たが、追加DLCは価格の割高感が否めない。本編をクリア済みで、一度手放しDLCと再購入を考えてるならオススメは出来ない。

良かった点
・テイルズ史上最もリッチになったグラフィックス。
昨今のRPGにしては、街にちゃんと力を入れてるのが素晴らしい、どの街も細部までデザインが魅力的。
・魅力的なストーリー。
良い意味でJRPGらしいシナリオで、昔のスターオーシャン的な懐かしさがあった。
・パーティメンバーの6人が魅力的。
どのキャラもちゃんとロールがあり、個性が際立っている。バトル中に操作キャラの変更も可能。
・ブーストアタックやストライクで、控えメンバーも攻撃に参加するので、パーティ6人全員で戦ってる感がちゃんと在る。
・AGの回復が早いので、バトル中にどんどん術技を惜しまず使えるバトルシステムになった。
・ユニークモンスターの追加。
初めてそのエリアを訪れた時には、勝てないレベルの敵がいる。キャラを育成して、後々倒しに戻って来てやろうというモチベになる。
悪かった点
・アニメーションで描かれるカットシーンのクオリティが低い。これならアニメ無しで通常グラで描いた方が良かった…。
・敵のHPが高い。難易度ノーマルでも結構硬め。
難易度設定が細かく在るので、そこまで硬くする必要無かった。
・サブクエが単調。物量は多いが、お使いか、指定された敵を倒すなど、ボイスも無しのものが多い。
・レベル上限が100で、1周目でコンプ出来る仕様なので、折角NG+の機能が在るのに、周回する目的が無い。
・追加されたフォトモードの機能が悪い。
美しい街やフィールドのデザインなのに、アングルの変更機能すら無い。
・DLCの内容が、ほぼ本編で使用したエリアの使い回しで、新しい話が進行する。新エリアはダンジョンが3つのみ。
本編でのキャラの育成状態が引き継げない。(本編の進行状況に応じでボーナスは有り)
一部アイテムの追加は有るが、新プレイアブルキャラや、新しい術技は無い。
これならレベル上限を100以上に開放して、本編での育成状態をそのまま使わせて欲しかった…。
