8キロからの買い替えです。 クロネコの方が2人中年と若い方、配送、取り付け、回収されましたが、その内の中年の方が取り付けなどされてて 試運転されてる時に この洗濯機を見て このメーカー安いですよね。 家電扱い始めて間もないメーカーですもんね。 この10キロタイプは特に後ろの排水ホースが取れやすくで他のメーカーじゃ有り得ない話、今裁判沙汰になってますよ！ 正直、自分達は取り付けとかで取り扱いしたくないメーカーですね。と言われてました。 安いですがある程度のお金出して購入し、新品にウキウキしてる人にこんなことを平気で言うこのクロネコヤマトの人は本当に人として最悪です。 そして10キロやはり大きいです。 踏ん張るまんもかましてるので高さ110cmほどの高さになってます笑 底物は取れません しかし洗濯が多い我が家としては嬉しいです。 長持ちしますように！

    以前はドラム式洗濯機使用。
    水量はドラム式より使いますが、汚れ落ちが良いので縦型にしました。
    洗える量もドラムに比べて沢山入る気がします。
    洗剤自動投入も楽です。

    不満点は洗剤
    ・柔軟剤の投入口が小さい
    ・洗濯機の蓋が大きい（本体設置場所の上に棚などあると全開出来ない）
    ・洗濯槽が深いので洗濯物を取出しずらい（身長160センチの私でも深く感じます）
