As a result of a regional limitation of this game, i had to return the product before it was shipped. Fortunately, the great staff at Akihabara Games had contacted me promptly to inform me of the difference in consoles of USA and Japan. With this information being shared, it was a good way to know (for future reference) what to look for..
The reason I chose that rating was that the game came to me in Japanese, with no option to change the language. I contacted the supplier and requested that he email a translation of the instructions in English. He could not, but he did send some utube links that showed various screens. This was a Christmas gift to my great nephew. I haven't heard anthing about the game from him yet.
