冷凍食品（たこ焼き、焼おにぎりetc）やコロッケ、ローストチキン、焼き魚、お餅、串焼き等などが遠赤外線の効果で簡単に美味しく調理できます。煙もでにくく、中はふっくら外はパリっと仕上がります。特に天ぷらやコロッケ等の温めなおしに電子レンジを使うと油でべチャットしますが「焼き三昧」で焼くとカリット仕上がります。
