日本にはいろんな資格がありますが、いままでドラマになるのは弁護士とか限られた資格だけでしたが、実は一番身近な会社の中で、地味な会計士の世界にも本当は沢山のドラマがあります。社会保険労務士とか行政書士とかも同じですが、あえて会計士をおもしろおかしく取り上げ事件を大げさに作り上げたこの作品は一見の価値はあると思いますよ。どこの会社でもやっていそうな事が実は会計の世界では法律違反だったなんて事がわかります。

言葉は悪いですが，「ケータイ刑事（もちろん銭形雷）」シリーズの亜流と考えて良いです．
「画面暗転，CGバリバリ，小出早織さんの決めポーズ&決め台詞で犯人バッタリ」の解決シーン演出はもうそのままですね．
まぁ，スタッフがケータイ刑事シリーズを手がけた方々と同じようですから当然ですが．

しかし，「銭形雷」も全て観ましたが，私はこちらの方が好きです．
単純に，感性でこちらの方が小出早織さんの魅力を強く感じる，と云うのもありますが，一応理由をつければ，

1．ケータイと違い，相棒が公認会計士の後輩なので，年下ながらも優秀な先輩役・小出さんのツッコミ役に無理がない（ケータイは相棒が年長なのに間抜け過ぎてやや興ざめする部分があった）．

2．原作本は未読ですが，ケータイとちがいトリックに無理を感じない（ケータイのツッコミどころ満載のトリックもあれはあれで良いと云うか魅力ですが）．

3．人が死なない．フィクションとは云え，やっぱり「殺人事件解決で笑顔」よりは「不正を暴いて笑顔」の方が良いです．

ケータイもこの作品もどちらも観ていない人にいきなりBOX購入をオススメするのは難しいですが，ケータイが良かった，と云う方ならぜひご覧になってみてください．

また，小出早織さんが主演している作品は，現時点では（銭形雷を除けば）これだけなのでファンの方は必見です．
物凄く可愛いです（銭形雷のときよりもずっと可愛いと思います．そして確実に上手くなっています）．

それから，特典もかなり充実しています．
本編25分×12話なのにDISCはなんと8枚組みですからね．

テレビドラマ初の公認会計士ミステリー。

会計経理の勉強の要素があるのはもちろんのこと、コメディ要素もふんだんで、中盤からは二人の恋愛のような雰囲気も織り込まれている。

１話が２５分あまりと短く、テンポもいいので結構見やすい。

１２話で一応完結しているが、続きもぜひ見たくなるドラマだ。

特典は写真集やドラマＣＤ、スタッフ同士によるラジオ対談など、これでもかというぐらい多いのは、とても嬉しいところだ。
