うちも11月7日に届きました。
注文してから2度も発送日遅延のメール。
ほかの方と同様、使い捨てパット5枚・専用マイクロファイバーパットが
入っていませんでした。
問い合わせてみたら、『うちの商品のコメントには使い捨てパット5枚・専用マイクロファイバーパットが
入っているとは書いていない』との返答で。
確認しようにもそのページが解らない。

何度もネット通販を利用していますが、こんなところは初めてです。

こんなところで買うのではなかったと後悔しています。

11月７日に商品届きました。しかし付属の大ネジ・小ネジ・使い捨てパッド５枚が入っていません。使い捨てパッドはともかくとしてネジが無いと使用できません。大至急手配をお願いします。
