初復刻ゾイド、シーパンツァー。
赤い部分の成型色は、ヘルキャットやツインホーンとはまた違った色合いです。
ゼンマイ走行時は手足をシャカシャカ動かしますが、実際は車輪で動いています。ウィリーも可能。
他にも、装甲の一部がスライドしてミサイルランチャーが露出するギミックが。(手動)

ブックは、バトルストーリーの追加など、今までよりも読み応えのある内容となっています。
心なしか表紙の質感が変わったような･･･

ボーナスパーツはなんとカスタマイズパーツ！グレーの成型色、小型の機銃が中心ですが、
ある程度は組み合わせて自分好みのパーツにする事が可能です。
穴はややキツめで、ブロックスのピン(細い方)にも付けられます。
ザクマシンガンの銃身にソックリな機銃が一種類あるんですが･･･

それにしても、マルダー、ツインホーン、そしてこのシーパンツァーと
初復刻ゾイド組は即市場から無くなり、定価を大幅に上回る価格で取引されていますね･･･
メーカーさんも、人気があるのはわかっているのだから、転売屋さんにも
目を付けられますし、本当に欲しい人がなるべく定価で買えるように、
出来るなら多めに量産してもらいたいなと思います。

このシーパンツァーの成型色である赤は、それ以前に発売されたゾイドと違い、マイルドな色で、ディメトロドンとウォディックの赤と同じです。

シーパンツァーは、ゾイドの中でも、愛らしいルックスをしており、女性ウケも良さそう。

しかも、このシーパンツァー、外殻のパーツを外すと、まるで殻を交換するときの実際のヤドカリのごとく素っ裸になります。この状態でもパワーユニットで動いちゃうので、本当にキュートです。

折り紙なんかで殻を作ってあげて、シーパンツァーの新しい殻をつくってあげると、とても可愛いと思いますよ。更にキラキラしたシールを貼って自分好みにデコレーションしたり……。妄想が止まらん(^_^;)

しかし、随分高値で取り引きされているようですね。ニクイね、この人気モノめ!

まだ小学生の頃、おもちゃ屋で手を伸ばしたのがコイツでした。
子供心にもこのセンスは何か来るものがあったんでしょう。
やんちゃ盛りだった妹によって大破してしまいましたが･･･

ゾイド復刻から首を長くして待った甲斐があり、出来は十分です。
シャコシャコ足を動かして一生懸命前進する仕草も可愛らしさ満点。
今でこそ主役級の肉食獣や恐竜が氾濫していますが、
元々ゾイドの真髄はこのシーパンツァーのように
「こんな生物をどうやって機械化するんだよ」「どうやってもこれはかっこよくならねーよ」
といったモチーフを如何にゾイドとして仕上げるか（勿論動作やギミックも含めて）、
だと私は思います。

勿論トラ型やティラノサウルス型等の格好良さも好きですが、
そればかりでは通り一遍のアプローチしか出来ません。
このような型破りなデザインのものがあってこそ、それらも生きてくるのではないでしょうか。
