　前作「甘い生活」がコスプレなら、今回は「白」で何色にも染まっていないしほの涼を表現した作品だと言えます。彼女のブログによれば撮影されたのは０８年１月です。（１）白いレオタードでバレエ＆新体操。彼女の脚線美やヒップ周辺の接写あり。レオタードのファスナーを下ろした時にはちゃんと胸を寄せてくれてます。（２）白い紐ビキニ。ここでも太腿周辺からヒップまでの接写、胸も寄せてくれてます。表情もやや大人っぽく見えます。飴を舐めるシーンもあって妄想できるかも。（３）ここで初めて屋外、下校帰宅シーンで肉声入りです。帰宅してベッドの上で横たわるとスカートの中がチラッと見えるような見えないような。（４）ウエディングドレス。ジャケットにもあるようにかなり露出が多いです。（５）書斎。机の上で白いビキニとデニムの半ズボン。もちろんあとで脱いでくれますがそれなら最初から脱いでくれればいのに。胸元、太腿からヒップの接写あり。背中も綺麗でした。（６）おしゃべりクッキング。この中で一番弾けてます。ジャケットにもあるフリルのついたメイド風衣装で料理に挑戦します。（７）スチール撮影風景、没になったであろう白いＴシャツでバスタブに入るシーンとインタービューが並行して収録されてます。収録時間は１２０分前後ありました。
　今後の彼女は５月にサイパンへ行く事。６月以降は複数の映画の撮影が入っていること。７月にはアルバムの発売がされる事です。彼女もよく映画に出ているのですが都内公開がほとんどで地方では公開されないのが残念です。もっと地方でも見れる機会が増えてくれる様、活躍を応援していきたいです。

前半は眠くなるような流れで…しほの涼じゃなきゃ没です。
後半の「おしゃべりクッキング」は最高でした。本編やインタビューでの言葉使いではなく素の言葉使いで明るく楽しい表情も満点でした。マジでクッキング出来ない様子がまた可愛くて良かったです(^O^)/
