パッと聴きには心地よいし、“癒し”的な音楽にも聴こえますが、ナカナカどうして。さすがに最近何かと噂の窪田ミナ、一筋縄ではありません。じっくり聴き込むにつれ、「久々にここまで密度の濃い音楽を味わったなぁ」という感動を覚えます。
スティング作の「フラジャイル」以外は本人の作曲で、リリカルな美しいメロディーが印象的です。基本は自身が弾くピアノが中心で、歌モノが2曲あります。どの曲も美しさの中に凛とした佇まいがあり、感傷に流されない知的なセンスを感じさせます。そして、何と言ってもそれらの曲を彩るアレンジの凄さ！色彩感溢れるストリングとテクノ的無機質な音との絡みは、彼女ならではの斬新な個性が光るところです。
アニメやドラマの音楽で注目を集めている人ですが、まだまだ何かやってくれそうな期待感がありますね。

テレビアニメーション「ARIA」で音楽提供している、窪田ミナの
デビューアルバム。
ARIAのオープニング曲でもお馴染みの「ウンディーネ」の別バージョン
や、新曲のスピラーレ（楽曲のみで歌なし）も収録。ピアノをベース
に様々な楽曲や効果音をミックスした独特のイージーリスニング音楽
となっている。ARIAで使用された音楽とはまた違うテイストになるた
め、ARIAの世界観の延長として購入するのは少し方向が異なるだろう。
音質は良好、完全なアコースティック音楽ではないが、聴いていて疲
れないのが良い。
