2008年度版は、WWEスーパースターまたはSmackDown、Raw、そしてECWいずれかのブランドのゼネラルマネージャーとなり、1年に渡って興行生活を体験することが可能!!また、番組外の時間を管理できる新たなメニューシステムや全く新しい筋書き&ムービーシーンも登場する。

レジェンドになるために達成しなければならない目標は20種類以上。また、新たにECWのスーパースター&凶器も加わったので、ECWのルール適用も可能になっている。

前作までは能力値により取得できる技が決まったが、今作では、スーパースターのファイティングスタイルによって、スタイル固有の技を取得するシステムに変更。8つのスタイルの中から好みのスタイルのスーパースターを選ぼう。

試合中の負傷の持ち越しやカスタムパーツの追加、本物のスーパースターが声優としてすべてのセリフを担当など、あらゆる面で革新的進化を遂げている。また、PS3ではオンラインで4名までプレイ可能。

待望のPS3版エキプロなのに・・・
まず、説明書が死ぬほど説明不足。
そしてシーズンモードの新聞も意味不明な記事。
勝利したのに敗北扱いだったり・・・
肝心のゲーム部分も、お粗末きわまりない。
システムの改悪がここまで際立ったゲームは何年振りでしょう。
購入を考えている方には、エキプロ６以前を中古で買うことをお勧めします。
明日、売ってきます。

今のところ誰も書いてないオンラインの感想を。
・まずやってる人が少ない。。。
・人数制限の数に達してないのに"満員"になる
・CASを"on"にしなきゃ人こない><
・動きがカクカク
これくらいですかね(;
まぁ知らない国の知らない人とやるのは面白いですょ、はい。

ただ…負けそうになると抜ける人…あれやめてほしいゎ

このゲームはリアルさを求めるあまり、快適さや楽しさをどこかに置いてきてます。
試合中のBGMがない。
キャラの動きが遅い。にもかかわらず、よろけたり、足をひきずったりと無駄な動きが以上に多い。
極めつけは、キャラが倒れる度にかなりボタン連打をしなければ起き上がらない。もううんざりします。星1つの価値もありません。
エキプロ5ぐらいまではよかったのに、残念です。
