爽やかな仕上がりになっている１枚だと思います。

「太陽」以降の槇原さんのアルバムは
ラブソングよりもライフソング中心でした。

槇原さん自身、
「意味のない歌はもう歌わない」と話し、
説教じみた曲が多く、
曲が変った、と感じ離れてしまったファンも多くいたかと思います。

しかし、１年９ヶ月ぶりの今回のアルバムは
かなり軽く仕上がっていると感じました。
ラブソングっぽいけれど、犬ソングだな〜と思う曲があったり、
歌詞の一部に「・・・いい時に人が群がってくるよ」とか書いてあるのは
槇原さん自身の体験談かな、と思ったり。
昔のマッキーが好き〜という方にはまだまだ受け入れられないかもですが、
太陽〜前作までと比べると聴きやすい１枚になっていると思うので
離れてしまったマッキーファンの方にもオススメです。

今までいろいろなマッキーのアルバムを聞いてきましたがこれほど当たりだらけのアルバムは、彼の大ヒットベストアルバムSMILING以来です。マッキーも含め、たいていの歌手のアルバムの当たりは（自分の中で）３曲ぐらいです。ですがこのアルバムは当たりが１０曲近くあります。

「祈りの歌が聞こえてくる」では素晴らしいハーモニーが、「Dance with me.」ではキャッチーなメロディーと音域の広さが、カイトも素晴らしいです。
「lose no time」はYMOから影響を受けたシンセサイザーやテクノを完全にマッキーのものにして表現しています。自分の声にエフェクトをかけてさらに自分でハモれる歌手はマッキーぐらいではないでしょうか。

歌詞も少しラブソングっぽいものから、勇気付けられるコトバ、日常の幸せを歌ったものまで
　心に染みます。

マッキーのメロディー（特に昔の）が好きな人は気に入ること間違い無しです。
　もちろんこれからっていう人にも安心してすすめられます。

初めてきいたとき 昔の頃のマッキーが帰ってきたんだあって 感じで 懐かしくそして胸が痛くなりました
赤いマフラーが涙のクリスマスに似ていたり ここ最近のマッキーサウンドでは出会えなかった再会みたいな感じで 個人的に大好きなアルバムですね
詞もあまり難解ではなく昔風の感じでよいです
