　このサイズでiPod専用ではない携帯スピーカーって選べるほど種類も豊富ではなく、大きさや電池や値段などといった条件を加えて選ぶと、自分の需要にそぐう携帯スピーカーって物凄く限られてしまいます。
　色々選び、値段を考えたら妥協できるかなぁとこれを買ってみました。単４電池２本で１５時間駆動で、ボリューム調節は出来ないものの十分な音量。

　しかしコレって…モノラルスピーカーなんですよ。

　スピーカー２個ついてますが、両方とも同じ音が鳴るし。

　分解して基板を見たら同じところに左右のスピーカーの線が付いてるし。念の為に右→左→右…と音が鳴るＭＰ３を作ってチェックしてみたけれど、当然モノラル。音質の悪さもモノラルである事が一番の原因ではないかと。
　…まぁ、野外で携帯スピーカーで聴くという音質が問われない場面ではステレオかモノラルかはあまり重要でも無いのでそこそこ実用的ではあります。という事で大まけにまけて、星ふたつ。

外で気軽に聴くために買いました。サイズが小さくて持ち運びにとても便利です。MP3プレーヤーやライターサイズラジオなどと一緒に小さい袋に入れてます。イヤホン用延長コードを使えば接続しにくい形状の再生機器とも繋げられます。
音質はラジオ並ですが気軽に聴く分には問題ないと思います。音量はアンプのおかげでサイズの割には大きい音が出ます。なので再生機器を普段イヤホンで聴いてるままの音量で繋げば適度な音量で聴けます。
他のモバイルスピーカーは高性能だけどサイズが意外に大きいものばかりなので、このサイズの製品が欲しい人はかなり多いのでは…。外形寸法は85mm×50mm×25mmですから。

自分はイヤホンで聴くのがメインですが、友人らと外出する時に一緒に聞けるよう購入しました。
音質については最近のケータイよりはいいですが、無論普通のスピーカーには勝てません(笑)。
音量はアンプが付いているのでプレーヤの音を上げなくても結構出ます。
そして何よりも手のひらサイズでバックの中がかさばらないのが良いです。
