PowerPC iBookをMacOS 10.3.9で動かしていますので、実際にはVer.4のものになります。
Nortonとは長い付き合いでしたが、SystemWorks3.0はずっとCD起動ができず、やっと対応したかと思いきや、なぜか「媒体の検査」が不可。ファイル書き込み時のひっかかりフリーズが増えてきたため、ついに本製品を導入。案の定「サーフェイススキャン」で数十箇所の不正ブロックを検出、調子も回復しました。動作は安定していますし、eDriveもHD容量を食いますが便利です。でも不良ブロックの検出なんて最新機能でもなんでもなくて、昔のMac&Nortonだったら普通にできたのに、、。ともあれSymantecが撤退した現在、好きも嫌いも言ってられません。お勧めというか、これしかないんでしょうかね。
