輸入盤のＣＤでずーとＹＯＧＡしてましたが、これはなかなかのものです。
音を聞いてるだけで、すーと身体は軽くなるし、心も静まり幸福感に満たされるＣＤです。
めったにレビューは書きませんが、とっても気に入ったので書き気持ちにさせてくれました。

海外の瞑想ＣＤは何種類も持っていてそれぞれにすばらしいものが
ありますが日本の作品の中ではこのＣＤが瞑想用としてはベストの
一枚に入ると思います。瞑想用のＣＤは曲の個性が際立ちすぎても
リラックスしにくいし、かといって単調な曲では瞑想でなくて睡眠
になってしまいます。このＣＤはそのバランスがよく、アーティス
トのセンスが光っています。次の作品が楽しみです。フランク・
ローレンツェン、ブライアン・イーノ、ハロルド・バッドなどが
好きな人ならきっと気に入ると思います。

睡眠前の瞑想に、このCDは素晴らしく心を静めてくれます。私はそのまま眠りにも入っていけます。エンジェルカードをやる時も、このCDを掛けて意識を高く集中します。
一日がハードだった日は、このCDで気持ちを洗い流しています。おすすめできます。
